Go Cart Racing

On Wednesday April 8, 1998 Team 134 headed for the race track in Gardena, CA.  Nine members of the Team raced around the track at full speed and almost crippled their leader in the process!  It was a very exciting night as we rented the track for 1 hour of non-stop racing.  Since driving is getting more and more important for this age group, they all were able to "test" their driving skills at every turn.  I am still wondering how Bryan Aranda was able to beat his Varsity Scout Coach every race!  Maybe he has been practicing more than we know about!   Below are pictures from the race track:
