CPR Certification On Wednesday, April 1, 1998 we were fortunate to receive CPR instruction for our Philmont expedition this summer. Although we hope we will never have to use it, it was a very enjoyable evening learning the latest techniques from our American Heart Association Certified Instructor, Carol Bond. She helped our Team understand what is required for rescue breathing and life saving Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). We also learned the Heimlich maneuver and one and two man rescue techniques. We all feel more prepared and now all hold our certification card through the year 2001! Below are pictures from that event:
